Q: How do I receive my order details?
A: We will send you an email once your order is placed summarizing all the order details.
Q: Can I cancel my order?A: All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us right away to facilitate those changes. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Q: What is the exchange/return policy? A: We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged if we receive your request within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. All returns must be received complete (all original packaging and contents) by Gillianly within 30 calendar days after the return is approved. Just let us know and we will provide a return address and a replacement or refund as preferred. Refunds on defective or damaged products will be issued once the item is received by us. Upon inspection, the cost of the product will be fully refunded.
Q: When will my order ship?A: If you wish to cancel, please let us know within 48 hours of the purchase. Otherwise, you will have to submit a refund request. See below on how to submit a refund request. 
Q: How do I claim a refund?
Email us with your order # and name. Add in subject line: "Refund." List the product in the email and why you want to return it.
We will email you back our shipping address for you to send the item.Upon arrival we will inspect the item. If everything is well, we will fully refund your item. 
Q: What payment methods are accepted? A: We accept all major credit cards from all countries including: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Amex, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Discover and more.
Q: My order won't go through! Help?!A: Ensure that your shipping address matches the billing address.
Q: Can I track my shipment?A: You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. For some shipping companies, it takes 1-3 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
